We currently deliver all across India, including remote areas. If your pin code is serviceable, you’ll be able to place an order at checkout.

❓ 2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes:

Metro cities: 3–5 working days

Tier 2 & rural areas: 5–7 working days

❓ 3. Is there any shipping fee?

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a flat ₹50 shipping charge is applied.

❓ 4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)

Cash on Delivery (for select pin codes)

❓ 5. Are your teas 100% natural and safe?

Yes! All our teas are:

✅ Sourced ethically from Indian Himalayan regions

❓ 6. Can I return or exchange my product?

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

❓ 7. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can track it in real time.

❓ 8. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
